Mentoring

Today's work landscape is constantly changing and complex. I strongly believe that a mentor can help navigate it and support with the development of both hard and soft skills. During my time at Hiscox I mentored a number of women via the Women at Hiscox programme and I have been involved with excellent Marketing Academy for a number of years.
