Anthony Wells
I have made the transition into Executive positions on 5 occasions in different categories and business models. Each time have experienced different challenges, from establishing a new Global function to driving an 18 month PE backed agenda.
I’m also a qualified Executive Coach and Mentor with the highly regarded ILM Level 7. I support The Marketing Academy Foundation with mentoring.

Signature Impact:
- Joined GU in newly created Global CMO, on acquisition to drive an end-to-end marketing transition in 18mths, driving +15% sales and launch in USA
- Vice President Global Cosmetics Category, inherited a crisis with a need to relocate the team and drive Category turnaround – implemented rolling 30-day plans to grow share in first 12 months and restore growth.
- CMO, AVON UK – had to rebuild team, drive a brand relaunch and lead a business transformation to introduce E-commerce that returned the business to profitable growth.

I have 12 years of Executive and Non - Executive board experience across multiple sectors and markets (FS & FMCG, Asia, US, Europe & UK). I have driven profitable growth and transformation of B2B and B2C businesses, in complex, multi billion dollar organisations as well as start ups

I have been providing mentoring / coaching services for the past 10 year. I mentor marketing and business leaders through initiatives with Marketing Academy, Ceresa, The Marketing Society and through direct engagements.
I believe that a good mentor should inspire, stretch and develop you and do this without judgement.
